Smartables

 

§1 Introduction

  1. This online store is conducted by Doktor No sp.j. entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the City of Cracow under the number KRS 0000446632.
  2. Online store [Smartables] sells products to end customers via the Internet and this document applies to each purchase.
  3. Terms and conditions are a part of the sales contract between Smartables and the customer.
  4. By purchasing a product you agree to all the terms and conditions.
  5. All the prices shown include tax (for shipping outside the EU – price does not include any custom duties you may be charged upon import).

    §2 Orders

  1. You can place an order via:
    1. this internet platform (online store)
    2. email – info@smartables.eu
  2. In order for an order to be completed, you must fill out all your details in the checkout section of the store and pay for the goods using one of the methods stipulated below. You will receivean email confirmation with all your details and the details of the products you ordered. Smartables will then process the order according to your request. Processing time for orders placed on weekend and holidays can be longer.

§3 Payment

  1. Payment must be made within 24 hours from the time you place your order using one of the following methods:
    1. Paypal,
    2. Credit/Debit card,

  2. All unpaid orders get cancelled after the 24 hour period expires.
  3. Shipping fees are clearly displayed when placing an order.
  4. Goods will be dispatched only when full payment is made.

§4 Shipping

  1. Smartables agrees to ship out the goods within 14 days from the time payment has been received (does not apply to orders placed and paid for on weekends and holidays).
  2. Smartables does not take any responsibility for any delays caused by third party companies.
  3. In the unlikely event of a delay we will be in touch with you and inform you of the proceedings.

§5 Privacy Policy

  1. When placing an order you agree to let Smartables use your personal data in order to process the order – when creating an account you have the right to view and change your personal data stored with us.
  2. Your personal data may be used by Smartables for marketing purposes, however Smartables will never sell it or pass onto any third party company.
  3. Your personal data is stored on a protected server from unauthorised copying, sharing, processing in disregard to our clauses.

§6 Intellectual Property

  1. All images, texts, product names and brands are owned by Smartables.
  2. No other company/person is allowed to save/copy/download or sell the above data without a written consent from Smartables.

§7 Warranty policy

  1. Smartables offers 1 year warranty on each product sold. This covers any manufacture, materials, hardware or workmanship defect. It is down to Smartables to decide whether damage is covered by the warranty.
  2. Smartables will only authorize warranty claims on products purchased directly from this online store. If a product was purchased elsewhere, please make a claim with the reseller (if the reseller does not want to accept your claim – please let us know).
  3. For any breach of this warranty policy, Smartables is responsible to replace or repair purchased product/s.
  4. Smartables can not be held liable for any other damages, such as special or incidental damages resulting from the use of Smartables products.
  5. To make a warranty claim:
    1. Fill out a warranty claim form below and click “send”
    2. Return the product to the following address:

    3. Attach a copy of the warranty claim form to the package with a product being returned
  6. Once the package reaches us, we need no more than 7 business days to process it. That means within that time the decision regarding the claim is made.
  7. If the warranty claim is accepted, the new product of a kind you have purchased or repaired product is sent to your address. The costs of shipping the damaged product are on you. The costs of shipping the replacing product are on us.
  8. If the warranty claim is denied, the product is sent back to your address. The costs of shipping the damaged product are on you. The costs of shipping the original product are on us.

 

§8 Return Policy

  1. If you are in any way disappointed with the purchased product you may return it.
  2. We accept returns within fourteen (14) days from the day the product has been delivered to You.
  3. The product being a subject of a return must be in a perfect condition and come with an original box and all the stuff included in the first place.
  4. To claim a return:
    1. Fill out a return form below and click “send”
    2. Return the product to the following address:

  5. Attach a copy of the return form to the package with a product being returned
  6. Once the package reaches us, we need no more than 7 business days to process it. That means within that time the decision is made and the money is sent to your account.
  7. Please bear in mind that original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of returning the product to us is also on your side.
