What is the table made of?

The table is made of the natural oak wood. Each of our products is covered with nontoxic paint which guarantees its durability.

 

Does the table require assembling?

There are just two things you need to do once your table arrives – attach the legs and plug in a power source. The screws, the hex wrench and power source come with the table.

What is the table’s power source?

The power source is the 12 volt and 2,5 ampere power charger. The standard power charger with an European plug is a part of the set.

What is the QI wireless charging?

Wireless charging is a technology that uses an electromagnetic field to transfer energy between the charging station and the electrical device. Not all of the mobile devices support wireless charging, so make sure your dose. If not, you may always buy an adapter that will make your device QI compatible.

What Bluetooth standard is applied in your products?

We use Bluetooth v. 4.0

How do I play music via Smartables?

In order to play music via Smartables, connect the table to the power source, turn on the Bluetooth in your mobile device, pair the table with the device and launch Spotify, Tidal, iTunes or whatever else you use to play music. That is it.

What are the dimensions of the table?

Width: 46,5 cm

Depth: 35 cm

Does the table have mini jack socket?

No.

If I have two Smartables, can I stream music on two tables at the time?

Unfortunately it is not possible for the moment. We are working on it.

Do the speakers play the sound mono or stereo?

The speakers play stereo.

Can I turn off the Bluetooth or QI charging once the table is plugged?

It is not possible. Both the Bluetooth module and the QI charger remain in standby as long as the table is plugged. Bear in mind however that unless not used, none of the devices will consume power.

What kind of speakers do you use in your table?

We use two 10 Watt speakers.

How can I adjust the volume while using Smartables?

The table does not have a separate volume control. You simply adjust the volume on your mobile device or any other sound source.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will I wait for my package?

Once the order is placed we need about 30 days to manufacture the product, install the electronic components and check if everything works fine. Then we ship the package to requested location. The duration of the shipping varies depending on the destination.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Information regarding the shipping costs is provided during the checkout process.

How do you deliver your products?

We delivery our products via one of the major shipping companies. Every package is registered. We will send you a tracking number and a link to a website enabling you to check the status of the package once it is sent.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, credit card and bank transfer.

Is buying online safe?

Both PayPal and Stripe payment gateways are protected via an SSL certificate and all your payment details are encrypted. Smartables neither receives nor stores any of your bank/credit card information.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, please add the products of your choice to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Enter all your billing details, shipping information (if different than billing) and choose a preferred payment method. You will then get redirected to a secure payment gateway to finalize your order and make a payment. Order confirmation will be sent to your email address once the payment comes through (this may take a couple of minutes).

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can either cancel or make any changes to your order before it’s shipped. If you realize you have made a mistake please contact us immediately info@smartables.eu

Do I need an account to make an order?

You do not require an account to place an order however without an account you will not be able to track your order using our website (you still get email notification regardless of account registration).

Registration is preferred and will allow us to send you new arrivals and discounts information.

How do I track my order?

You will get an email notification on the every step of your order. Your tracking number will be sent to you right after shipping.

Are your products warranty covered?

How Can I Return a Product?

Any products ordered from our shop can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You will find more information about the Returns here.
